According to the website of the China Consumers Association on the 11th, optimizing the consumption environment is an important measure to boost consumer confidence and stimulate economic vitality, which is of great significance for promoting high-quality economic development and ensuring a high-quality life. To build a harmonious consumption environment, it is essential for operators to actively fulfill their main responsibilities and for consumers to consume rationally and in a civilized manner. Both parties need to work together and jointly build together. To this end, the China Consumers' Association and the China Individual Workers' Association have issued the following initiative to operators nationwide:
1、 Adhere to the law and operate with integrity to enhance consumer quality
Strictly abide by laws and regulations such as the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, and carry out production and business activities in accordance with the law. Firmly establish the business philosophy of "integrity-based", regard honest management as the core cornerstone of survival and development, resolutely eliminate illegal activities such as producing and selling counterfeit and inferior goods, false advertising, price fraud, passing off inferior goods as good, and bundling sales, and ensure the quality of products and services from the source.
2、 Carefully optimize services and improve consumer experience
Focusing on consumer demand, based on the consumption process, continuously improving the quality of business services, and establishing a sense of high-quality service. Optimize consumption scenarios based on the characteristics of business categories, improve supporting service facilities, and enhance service literacy. Respect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, such as the right to independent choice, the right to information, and the right to fair trade, establish a sound and comprehensive after-sales service mechanism, timely and properly handle consumer inquiries and complaints, comprehensively enhance consumer satisfaction and sense of gain, and create a good atmosphere of mutual trust and win-win.
3、 Adhere to fair competition and safeguard consumer safety
Resolutely resist malicious slander, vicious competition, commercial bribery and other unfair competition behaviors, and maintain a fair, just, healthy and orderly market environment. Strictly control the lifeline of quality and safety, implement the main responsibility of safety, closely focus on key points such as product quality, food safety, fire safety, etc., make every effort to investigate various risks and hidden dangers, make fair competition the norm, and make safe consumption deeply rooted in people's hearts.
4、 Fulfill social responsibility and jointly promote environmental construction
