In the aforementioned cases, some exercised power willfully and detached from reality, some illegally incurred debts to build "vanity projects", and some attracted investment. These are all typical manifestations of a distorted view of political achievements. Such behaviors waste a large amount of resources, hinder the development of undertakings, and harm the interests of masses, and must be resolutely corrected in a strict and practical manner. Party organizations and leading cadres at all levels should take these cases as a warning, firmly establish and practice a view of political achievements, adhere to starting from reality and acting according to laws, make scientific decisions, work earnestly, and strive to create solid achievements that can withstand the tests of, the people, and history. Discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels should maintain a strict tone, closely monitor the problem of distorted views of political achievements, and strengthen supervision,, and law enforcement.
