After listening to everyone's speeches, Xi Jinping delivered an important speech. He said that private enterprises have thrived along with the great process of reform and opening up. Over the past few decades, the Party's understanding of the status and role of the private economy in the cause of reform and opening up and socialist modernization, as well as the Party and the state's principles and policies on the development of the private economy, have been consistent in theory and practice and kept advancing with the times.
