In 2024, the State Administration for Market Regulation will carry out a special rectification of illegal charges by enterprises. Throughout the year, market supervision departments at all levels have filed and investigated 3042 cases of illegal charges by enterprises, refunded 1.362 billion yuan of illegal charges, and further enhanced the sense of gain for business entities. At the same time, the State Administration for Market Regulation has innovated its regulatory methods, implemented service-oriented law enforcement, and promoted the construction of monitoring points for enterprise related fees. More than 4000 monitoring points for enterprise related fees have been established nationwide, striving to achieve early detection and correction of violations of fees. The State Administration for Market Regulation will further focus on key areas, increase efforts to rectify violations of fees by enterprises, and explore compliance reviews of fees by enterprises.
