According to the announcement, overseas tourists can collect the same amount of tax refund on site after purchasing tax refund items in the "buy and refund" store and applying for credit card pre authorization. When the passenger leaves the country, the customs verifies the passenger's identity and tax refund items. After the tax refund agency verifies that the shopping tax refund information is correct, the credit card pre authorization guarantee is immediately released and the departure tax refund matters are completed.
