The consensus states that cultural exchanges and dialogue among civilizations have become important pillars for strengthening China ASEAN relations. Chinese and ASEAN media think tanks should advocate for respecting cultural diversity and call for different civilizations to gather the wisdom of multiple entities such as governments, enterprises, media, and think tanks. Promoting regional prosperity and stability is a common aspiration of China ASEAN countries. Chinese and ASEAN media think tanks should uphold the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind and play a unique role in maintaining lasting peace, development, and prosperity in the region.
