On the 18th, it was learned from the Aviation Industry Corporation of China that the first batch of AG600 "Kunlong" amphibious aircraft (AG600-1101 aircraft) produced in China has successfully completed production test flights in Zhuhai, Guangdong. This indicates that the production of the aircraft meets the model design requirements, reaches a safe and usable state, and has factory conditions. It marks that the AG600 aircraft has passed the key link of obtaining a production license (PC), and its physical condition meets the PC configuration requirements. At 7:13 am on the same day, a test flight crew consisting of Captain Chen Ming, co pilot Liu Ruqin, air mechanic Zhang Pengfei, and observer Wang Lude piloted AG600-1101 aircraft from Zhuhai Jinwan Airport, completed a 12 ton water drop verification, and landed smoothly after 17 minutes of aerial flight. The aircraft was in good condition, with normal control systems and stable operation of all systems. The AG600 aircraft was awarded the Type Certificate by the Civil Aviation Administration of China in Beijing on April 20th, marking its successful development and obtaining the "market access certificate" for entry. On May 6th, AG600-1101 aircraft completed the final assembly and production line, efficiently completing a series of ground debugging tasks in just 12 days, including ground taxiing, general inspections, mission systems, and high-altitude flights, demonstrating the "Kunlong Spirit" and "Kunlong Speed" through practical actions.
