On May 26th, with the final concrete pouring, the construction of the main pier of the Renhe Extra Large Bridge at the Chengkou of the West Chongqing High speed Railway, which was constructed by China Railway 12th Bureau, was successfully completed, marking the beginning of the beam construction phase of the bridge and laying a solid foundation for the opening of the entire line. The Renhe Extra Large Bridge at the Chengkou of the West Chongqing High speed Railway is located in Chengkou County, Chongqing. It has a total length of 1180.52 meters and 19 piers, with a maximum pier height of 132 meters. It is a key and difficult project for the Kangyu section of the West Chongqing High speed Railway. The West Chongqing High speed Railway is an important component of the national "Eight Verticals and Eight Horizontals" high-speed railway corridor, including the Baohai (Yinhai) and Jingkun corridors, with a total length of 739 kilometers and a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour.
