On the 28th, it was learned from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the National Data Administration jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for Digital Transformation of Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), focusing on expanding the breadth and depth of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of electronic information manufacturing industry, consolidating the endogenous driving force for stable growth of electronic information manufacturing industry, and continuously enhancing the power of electronic information technology and products to empower digital transformation of other industries. The Plan emphasizes the need to adhere to innovation led, coordinated planning, tailored to industry, safe and orderly, deepen the application of digital technology, promote the transformation of production methods and organizational forms, and accelerate the high-end, intelligent, green, and integrated development of the electronic information manufacturing industry. The "Plan" proposes 18 key tasks in five aspects: accelerating the research and application of core digital and intelligent technologies, promoting the integration of "point line surface" to transform data into intelligence, accelerating the upgrading of high-end intelligent and green collaborative upgrading, consolidating the diversified transformation foundation of software and hardware collaboration, and strengthening the digital transformation service guarantee. The plan aims to systematically promote the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the industry, continuously improve the transformation support service system, and strengthen the digital transformation of the industry management system. The Plan proposes that by 2027, the CNC rate of key processes in electronic information manufacturing enterprises above designated size will exceed 85%, typical scenario solutions will be fully covered, and service capabilities will be significantly enhanced. By 2030, establish a relatively complete data infrastructure system for the electronic information manufacturing industry, form a batch of iconic intelligent products, and improve the environment for digital services and standard support transformation, achieving new breakthroughs in extending to the high-end of the global value chain. The Plan also released typical scenarios covering the digital transformation of the electronic information manufacturing industry and the digital transformation of other industries empowered by electronic information technology and products. The Plan emphasizes strengthening overall coordination, increasing funding support, enhancing analysis and evaluation, strengthening publicity and promotion, and enhancing the cultivation of digital talents in the industry, providing solid guarantees for the digital transformation of the electronic information manufacturing industry.
