Recently, the launch ceremony of the "Creating Future Youth Innovation and Development Project" was held in Beijing, sponsored by the Soong Ching Ling Foundation of China, jointly donated by the Public Welfare and Charity Research Institute and the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, and jointly promoted by the Hong Kong Youth Association as a strategic partner. This project focuses on Hong Kong youth as the main beneficiary group, while also targeting educators both inside and outside the school. It focuses on four major technology themes: artificial intelligence, aerospace and engineering technology, robotics, and new energy, covering more than 10 sub projects in four directions: "Building Dreams in the New Era Plan", "Exploration Tour of the Motherland", "Teacher Education Plan", and "Development of Vocational Education Path". Shen Beili, Vice Chairman of the Soong Ching Ling Foundation in China, delivered a speech at the launch ceremony, stating that education, technology, and talent are the fundamental and strategic supports of Chinese style modernization. The "Creating Future Youth Innovation and Development Project" aims to explore innovative models for collaborative education between mainland China and Hong Kong, promote the two-way flow of innovation elements between the two regions, foster deep integration and common growth between young people in mainland China and Hong Kong, cultivate innovative technology talents with national consciousness and global vision, lay a solid talent foundation for China's modernization construction and Hong Kong's prosperity and development, and promote the stable and far-reaching implementation of the "One Country, Two Systems" policy. Huang Jiachun, Chairman of the Public Welfare and Charity Research Institute and Trustee of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, stated that the national "14th Five Year Plan" clearly supports Hong Kong's construction of an international innovation and technology center, and young people are an important force in achieving this goal. The Public Welfare and Charity Research Institute and the Hong Kong Jockey Club support the implementation of this project, hoping that young friends will seize the opportunity, work hard to learn, be brave in innovation, and become future leaders in innovation and science. It is reported that the project will provide systematic and advanced training for Hong Kong youth through activities such as exchange visits, "master lectures for children", innovation training, and practical training, helping Hong Kong youth enhance their interest in innovation and empower their innovative development.
