To promote the in-depth exploration and application of artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology in the education sector, Hong Kong will hold the first "Digital Education Week 2025" from June 30 to July 7. At that time, diversified activities such as large-scale expos, education leaders' summits, principal forums, and teaching workshops will be held to provide opportunities for cross-border exchanges and cooperation between the education and innovation industries, jointly exploring the application of artificial intelligence in the field of education. This Digital Education Week event is jointly planned by the Education Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the Hong Kong Education City. Hong Kong Education City is a company wholly owned by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, dedicated to providing a one-stop professional education platform, gathering information, resources, and professional communities, actively promoting digital transformation and teaching innovation in the education sector. At a press conference held on the 9th, the Chief Assistant Secretary for Education (Curriculum Support) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Tse Yuen ching, expressed her hope that this event can promote the education sector's in-depth exploration and application of artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology.
