At Zherong Zhengrong Hardware Company, a fully automatic production line for casting tool handles is working tirelessly - a 6-axis robot with independent movement and precise control of objects, a sand spraying machine with automatic adjustment of sand spraying volume and mode, a dewaxing kettle with internal heater and control system, an automatic wax injection machine, an automatic paste making machine are all producing wax paste. In addition, there are robot automatic shell making production lines, electric furnaces equipped with PLC programmable controllers, and other equipment that are all producing wax paste automatically.
