The scientific research reward system is an important measure taken by our party and military to encourage independent innovation, stimulate talent vitality, and create a good innovation environment. It can effectively motivate individuals or units who have achieved innovative results and made outstanding contributions in scientific research activities. Military research work is born for war and has a strong attribute towards warfare. The fundamental direction of our military's scientific research reward work is to "award for war". In scientific research work, we always adhere to the clear orientation of "fighting for war", "serving for war", and "encouraging war", which is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of military scientific research workers, and promoting the precise connection between the "supply side" of scientific research innovation and the "demand side" of the future battlefield. What is needed on the battlefield, the scientific research 'crosshairs' should aim at; Where the bottleneck lies in the construction of combat effectiveness, the scientific research force must tackle it.
