The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Education, and the State Administration for Market Regulation, recently organized a special action to rectify and rectify the order of the human resources market in various regions, with a focus on rectifying various irregularities in online recruitment. Special actions jointly guide relevant Internet platform enterprises, supervise and urge the implementation of platform audit and patrol responsibilities, verify the qualification of relevant accounts and their operators to obtain human resources service licenses, screen 1196 public accounts to carry out career intermediary activities without permission, and have taken measures such as suspending the release of recruitment information function in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and platform operation rules. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security stated that currently, some illegal units and individuals engage in career intermediary activities without administrative permission and to evade supervision in order to seek benefits. Some illegal job placement activities have been migrated from offline to online. Using various Internet platforms and in the form of public accounts, small programs and other Internet groups, recruitment posts have been regularly released and job introductions have been carried out. Many of them are suspected of employment discrimination, false recruitment, "recruitment to training", "training loans" and other illegal information. Some even involve criminal fraud activities in the name of recruitment, which seriously disrupt the order of the human resources market and infringe on the fair employment and personal and property rights of workers. Relevant departments remind job seekers to raise their awareness of prevention during the job search process, be alert to various recruitment "traps", pay attention to checking whether relevant online recruitment agencies have legal qualifications, and obtain job information through formal channels. Once you discover that your employment rights and personal property rights have suffered losses, please contact relevant departments in a timely manner to file a complaint and protect your rights in accordance with the law.
