Since the beginning of this year, the Hebei Provincial Transportation Comprehensive Law Enforcement and Supervision Bureau has attempted to use VR (virtual reality) technology to popularize the law, transforming legal provisions and lists into virtual scenes that are accessible to the public through QR codes. The public can scan the QR code with their mobile phones to open VR legal education scenes and immerse themselves in learning legal knowledge. VR legal education has been included in 49 road administration, transportation, and water law enforcement matters, with 50 law enforcement scenarios and 38 legal education videos built in, covering all high-frequency law enforcement matters in the field of highways. Frontline law enforcement personnel, law enforcement vehicles, and transportation law enforcement stations are all equipped with VR legal education QR codes. In VR legal education, there is also an interactive quiz section designed to test the mastery of legal knowledge. A dedicated VR legal education QR code has been specially created for the specific illegal behavior of administrative counterparties, and embedded into the administrative penalty decision. The parties only need to scan the QR code on the administrative penalty decision with their mobile phones to know which legal provision they have violated, what the punishment basis is, how the discretion standards and range are determined, significantly improving the accuracy and effectiveness of legal education work. In addition, law enforcement personnel carry out the "VR Law Popularization for Enterprises" activity to provide legal advice related to transportation law enforcement for enterprises. It is reported that VR legal education uses "live codes", and the latest relevant laws and regulations will be updated in real time without the need to generate or replace new QR codes, minimizing the frequency of legal education for enterprises and allowing legal publicity and law enforcement services to be "responsive" and "uninterrupted".
