The county discipline inspection and supervision commission immediately issued a work reminder letter to the county agriculture and rural bureau, urging them to work together with construction units and town and village cadres to adopt the "list cancellation+full supervision" mode to promote rectification, and to conduct investigations on similar projects throughout the county. The Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Commission of Mengla County closely monitor key aspects such as the initiation, completion acceptance, facility management, and fund management of high standard farmland construction projects, and continue to carry out frontline supervision and follow-up supervision to safeguard the construction of high standard farmland. The construction project of high standard farmland involves multiple links, a wide range of departments, and a large amount of funds. The Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Commission of Mengla County have leveraged their collaborative advantages to gather supervisory forces. Using the "room group land" linkage and "group group" collaboration models, they have conducted a "dragnet style" investigation of high standard farmland construction projects from 2019 to 2024, thoroughly identifying obstacles to high standard farmland construction, and supervising and promoting problem rectification, urging the closure of construction management loopholes. In response to the problems of "rebuilding and neglecting management" exposed during supervision and inspection, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Mengla County has urged relevant functional departments to deeply analyze the root causes of the problems, identify loopholes and weak links in management and supervision, improve institutional mechanisms, and establish a sound supervision mechanism for the entire chain of construction, management, use, and post construction management of high standard farmland projects through the issuance of disciplinary inspection and supervision proposals, work reminder letters, and other means. The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Mengla County has also collaborated deeply with audit, finance and other departments to conduct a "retrospective review" of the high standard farmland construction projects in the county, comprehensively sorting out the anti-corruption risk points in planning and design, bidding and procurement, engineering construction, fund disbursement and other links, and forming a list of anti-corruption risk prevention and control.
