Taking the opportunity of digital construction, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Yizheng City, together with relevant departments, jointly developed the 12345 hotline intelligent analysis system. By integrating data resources from multiple departments, establishing an intelligent analysis model, setting up 12 types of problem screening rules such as "illegal eating and drinking", "eating and card grabbing", and "buck passing", automatic classification and risk rating of work orders are carried out, and real-time push to the intelligent monitoring and analysis platform. As of now, the system has screened more than 60 problem work orders, transferred 8 problem clues, filed and investigated 4 cases, and promoted the resolution of 45 livelihood issues. (New Society)
