In terms of consolidating the foundation of integrated development of the two industries, the key points are clear and the guarantee for consolidating the foundation of integrated development is strengthened. Increase investment in 5G evolution and 6G technology innovation, promote the construction of industrial 5G independent private networks, and implement the "Sail" action upgrade plan for 5G large-scale applications. Organize and carry out the unveiling action of the strong foundation of computing power, orderly promote the optimization of the layout of computing power center construction, and deepen the integration and application of computing power with the industry. We will promote the high-quality development of industrial Internet platforms, study and develop a gradient cultivation mechanism for industrial Internet platforms, and improve the network, logo, platform, data, and security function systems. Build an upgraded version of "5G+Industrial Internet" 512 project, and support cities with conditions to carry out the construction of "5G+Industrial Internet" integrated application pilot cities. In terms of strengthening the application of information technology empowerment, the key point is to enhance the level of intelligence. Develop a guide for the application of artificial intelligence in manufacturing enterprises, and strengthen the deep integration and application of artificial intelligence technology in the industrial field. Implement the "Artificial Intelligence+Manufacturing" initiative to support enterprises in applying general large-scale models, industry large-scale models, and intelligent agents in key scenarios. Deepen the implementation of intelligent manufacturing engineering, continue to carry out gradient cultivation actions for intelligent factories, and study and formulate interim measures for gradient cultivation management of intelligent factories.
