Bianmagou Village, Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County, Xining City, Qinghai Province, is surrounded by mountains. Every summer, the blooming flowers in the mountains attract a continuous stream of tourists. Bianmagou Village was once a poverty-stricken village in Datong County. Since 2015, the local government has launched the "Bianmagou Flower Sea Scenic Area" project, focusing on creating rural flower seas and developing forest ecological rural tourism. It has created a large-scale rural tourism complex that integrates food, accommodation, transportation, tourism, shopping, and entertainment, and has embarked on a new path of relying on ecological civilization construction to help farmers increase income.
