Beijing Dongcheng: Release typical cases related to cultural fields

The People's Court of Dongcheng District, Beijing held a press conference on typical cases related to the cultural field, introducing the achievements of the "Beijing Court's Cultural Field Trial Talent Highland" and releasing a batch of typical cases. This is the third consecutive year that the Dongcheng District Court has released typical cases related to the cultural field. It is reported that the Dongcheng District Court takes highland construction as the driving force, accurately grasps the functional positioning of trials in the cultural field, formulates and actively implements the "Implementation Opinions on Providing Judicial Services and Guarantees for Promoting the Construction of National Cultural Center Core Carrying Areas", deeply grasps the specific requirements of modernization of trial concepts, and strengthens the guidance of modernization of trial concepts through the exchange and discussion of typical cases and practical issues in the cultural field. The Dongcheng District Court adheres to the work requirements of "being good at looking at things politically and being proficient in handling things from the perspective of the rule of law", continuously strengthens the trial business, trial research, reform and innovation, enhances the development and radiation effect of the legal talent team cluster, strengthens the linkage between the government and the court, strengthens the guidance of party building work, and promotes the cultural construction of the court in the new era. The cases released this time revolve around 5 aspects, including civilization guidance, cultural relic protection, literary and artistic guarantee, cultural and creative promotion, and cultural tourism support, totaling 10 cases. Among them, there are cases involving promoting socialist core values, protecting cultural relics for inheritance and development, ensuring the development of cultural undertakings, safeguarding the integration and innovation of the "culture+" industry, and regulating fair competition in the cultural tourism market.
