Recently, the 3-month training course for newly appointed supervisors organized by the Sichuan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision came to an end. 58 young cadres officially graduated and received a concentrated "recharge" that combines politics, theory, and practice. The Sichuan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision is closely following the requirements of the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision team in the new era, and deepening the construction of the iron army strictly and practically. The focus is on strengthening the foundation of political training, improving the ability of discipline and law training, and forging the vanguard through practical rotation training. The entire chain of discipline and law training is carried out to comprehensively enhance the professional competence of cadres and improve the quality of supervision, discipline and law enforcement. This training course for newly appointed supervisors is a key training project researched and deployed by the Standing Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection. It is also an exploratory practice based on the positioning of newly appointed supervisors, the characteristics of supervisors, and the young cadre group, to carry out professional and systematic training. The training course focuses on enhancing the core competence of supervisory officers in performing their duties, with a focus on knowledge of party regulations and national laws.
