During the summer season, thousands of technological elites are dedicating themselves to tackling key issues at the Xisai Science Valley in Huzhou, Zhejiang. As the first "Innovation Valley" project of Huzhou's "Five Grain Abundant Climbing" plan, Xisai Science Valley has introduced nearly 40 scientific and technological teams from inside and outside the province and gathered more than 2600 scientific and technological talents since its opening three years ago. It has successfully been selected as one of the first "Science and Technology Innovation China" innovation bases in China. In recent years, Huzhou has been comprehensively building an innovative city, focusing on leading the development of new quality productivity through technological innovation. Raise the platform and cultivate innovative momentum. To provide more high-quality technology supply, Huzhou has adopted various forms to build a high-level public innovation platform. Led by the government, 16 key laboratories in Zhejiang Province, including Huzhou Industrial Control Technology Research Institute, have been established; Promote the joint construction of scientific research institutions and state-owned enterprises, and establish 10 joint research and development institutions; Encourage "chain owner" enterprises to cultivate 53 high-level research and development institutions, of which 9 have been selected as provincial-level new research and development institutions. Industry is moving towards innovation, creating a 'vanguard leading geese'. The Science and Technology Bureau of Huzhou City has played a coordinating role as the leading unit of the optoelectronic industry chain, and carried out joint investment promotion according to the industrial positioning of each district and county. In the first six months of this year, 22 related industrial projects with fixed investment of more than 300 million yuan were signed. Huzhou has established 18 innovation consortia to encourage leading technology enterprises to engage in joint research and development with universities, institutions, and upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain.
