Recently, the Supreme People's Procuratorate of China, the Office of the State Council Working Committee on Women and Children, the All China Women's Federation, and the China Committee for Caring for the Next Generation jointly released the fourth batch of typical cases of comprehensive family education guidance in handling cases involving minors. The relevant department head stated that this move aims to promote further deepening of family education guidance for minors involved in cases in various regions, and to promote the prevention and control of juvenile delinquency. The 6 typical cases released this time revolve around common difficulties in family education for juvenile offenders. For example, in the theft case of Lu Mouyu, the "prosecution, society, and family" worked together to help internet addicted teenagers correct their bad behavior habits. In the illegal detention cases of Zhao, Zhang, and others, a combination of supervision and family education guidance was used to strengthen the parental guardianship responsibility of 'throwing hands'. Analysis suggests that the six typical cases released this time all involve juvenile delinquency, and the families involved generally have problems such as lack of guardianship and improper discipline. Precise intervention of family education guidance can fundamentally resolve the difficulties of juvenile education and provide strong support for the education and correction work of juvenile offenders. It is known that the 28 minors involved in the case have significantly improved their family guardianship status through guidance and assistance, and have achieved remarkable results in cooperating with judicial authorities to carry out assistance and education work. Most of them have found employment and successfully integrated into society, while some have returned to school or been admitted to colleges and universities to continue their studies. This batch of cases clearly encourages law enforcement and judicial organs in various regions to establish long-term cooperation mechanisms with women's federations, relevant work committees, etc., and strengthen work coordination. ”The head of the Supreme People's Procuratorate for Minors stated that the reversal of family guardianship issues is not overnight. With the progress of the litigation process, a case will enter different departments and links. The procuratorial organs will continue to strengthen cooperation and cooperation with other judicial organs to better ensure the stability and long-term effectiveness of family education guidance work.
