Several dangerous situations occurred on Sibao Road and other areas in Yanqing District, and the detachment quickly dispatched more than 20 sets of large mechanical equipment to the scene to carry out collapsed body cleaning operations. That night, the officers and soldiers of the detachment rushed to the Chao River downstream of Miyun Reservoir to carry out dam reinforcement work. The Beijing Armed Police Force dispatched more than 1800 officers and soldiers to transport supplies to Fengjiayu Town in Miyun District, Beijing, rush to Mujiayu Town to transfer the masses, reinforce dams along the Chao River, and set up emergency resettlement points in Yanqi Town and Liulimiao Town in Huairou District. As of the time of writing, more than 4000 people have been transferred, over 2000 boxes of emergency supplies have been transported, and over 30000 sandbags have been filled. On the evening of the 28th, more than 500 officers and soldiers from the Beijing Garrison Command rushed to the aid of the Ningcun New Bridge in Miyun District, braving the rain, and overnight reinforced the river embankment. Affected by heavy rainfall, some areas in Hebei province have experienced disasters. The Hebei Military Region responded to the order and organized more than 1700 officers, soldiers, and militia to participate in emergency rescue and disaster relief. A landslide occurred in Xigou Village, Mayingzi Manchu Township, Luanping County, Chengde City, causing communication interruption in the affected area. The military region of the province dispatched more than 280 officers, soldiers, and militia to rush to the disaster area to participate in tasks such as clearing bridges and roads, and transferring affected people. In addition, they organized militia to participate in tasks such as flood discharge, material transportation, and dredging in Kangbao County, Zhangjiakou City, Sanhe City, Langfang City, and Fuping County, Baoding City. A certain unit of the Northern Theater Command Air Force and officers and soldiers of the Inner Mongolia Armed Police Corps, as well as professional emergency rescue teams, are fully engaged in emergency rescue, personnel search and rescue, dredging and other work in the disaster stricken areas of Hohhot, Baotou, Ordos and other cities. The collapse of the flood discharge embankment in Independent Dam Village, Shandai Town, Tumote Left Banner, Hohhot City poses a serious threat to the lives and property safety of the surrounding residents. A certain unit of the Northern Theater Command Air Force responded to the order and dispatched a task force to urgently rush to the disaster stricken area to complete tasks such as dam reinforcement.
