The officers and soldiers of a brigade of the 82nd Group Army arrived at the mission area in the early morning of the 29th, carrying equipment and overcoming rainstorm weather and road blocking difficulties. The brigade command group and the Hebei Military Region formed a forward command post, working closely with the emergency management department of Hebei Province to comprehensively carry out bridge opening, road dredging, and personnel transportation work.
