Considering China's development stage and financial situation, the childcare subsidy system covers the stage of raising infants and young children before the age of 3. According to the Implementation Plan for the Parenting Subsidy System, starting from January 1, 2025, subsidies will be provided to infants and young children under the age of 3 who meet the legal requirements for childbirth until they reach the age of 3. At the same time, the recipients of childcare subsidies also include infants and young children under the age of 3 born before January 1, 2025. These infants and young children will receive subsidies calculated based on the number of months they should receive subsidies until they reach the age of 3. The public can conveniently apply for childcare subsidies online through multiple channels using mobile phones, achieving "no need to go out, easy access, and effortless processing".
