The Information and Electronic Engineering Department of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the China Information and Electronic Engineering Technology Development Strategy Research Center released the "New Generation Information Engineering Technology Artificial Intelligence Emerging Technology Candidate List" on the 31st, providing reference for potential AI hot technologies in the next 5 to 10 years. The 'alternative list' proposes nearly 300 technologies around three categories. Focusing on technological innovation in the field of information engineering technology, 163 technologies have been proposed, including 6G technology, multimodal large models, and super general intelligent agents; In response to the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and interdisciplinary integration, 122 emerging technologies such as computational neuroscience, intelligent wearable devices, and AI assisted drug design have been proposed to catalyze the transformation of existing productivity. In addition, 12 AI hot technologies closely related to people's lives, such as big model technology, embodied intelligence, and intelligent unmanned systems, have been proposed.
