In recent years, the judicial administrative drug rehabilitation system in Gansu Province has deeply implemented the overall layout of the "one body, two wings" of the Ministry of Justice, based on the practical work of drug rehabilitation, deeply cultivated the practice of traditional Chinese medicine drug rehabilitation, and explored the formation of a Gansu traditional Chinese medicine drug rehabilitation system with traditional Chinese medicine treatment and rehabilitation, traditional Chinese medicine physical therapy and rehabilitation, traditional Chinese medicine emotional rehabilitation, and traditional Chinese medicine guided rehabilitation as the main contents, laying a solid foundation for the drug rehabilitation system. Give full play to the advantages of Gansu drug resources, promote the traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations approved by the state for drug treatment in six drug treatment centers across the province, covering more than 4000 drug addicts, reducing the duration of acute withdrawal symptoms by 30% and the intensity of drug craving by 40%; Three traditional Chinese medicine hospital preparations, including Ding'anshen Granules and Sanqing Capsules, developed in collaboration with the Second People's Hospital of Gansu Province, have a clinical efficacy rate of over 70% and are about to enter the clinical application stage. Summarizing and promoting traditional Chinese medicine self massage rehabilitation methods, training more than 300 police officers who have obtained national health massage professional qualification certificates, supervising drug rehabilitation personnel to persist in practice, covering a total of 4200 people, with an effective rate of 55% -69% in relieving chronic symptoms and improving anxiety. All drug rehabilitation centers in the province have set up physical therapy and rehabilitation centers with Chinese characteristics. Six traditional physical therapy methods, such as massage and acupuncture and moxibustion, have been used, and modern intelligent technologies, such as infrared transmission of moxibustion heat, have been introduced. The physical pain relief rate of drug addicts has reached 75%, and the sleep quality score has increased by 50%; The independently developed wearable meridian stimulation drug rehabilitation device has obtained a national patent, providing technological assistance for drug rehabilitation. In 2023, the Gansu Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Administration successfully held a national inter provincial police exchange and cooperation seminar on traditional Chinese medicine drug rehabilitation in the judicial administrative drug rehabilitation system.
