The fourth session of the 2025 Member Lecture Hall, organized by the Culture, Culture, and History Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), titled "Negotiating and Aggregating Strength, Drawing a Concentric Circle Together - Shenzhen, How Deep I Love You", started on the 6th. He Muyang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen CPPCC, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Musicians Association, and Dean of the AI Music School at Shenzhen University, gave a lecture. He hopes that 'young people who make music can embrace AI, guide AI with their own subjective initiative, and explore infinite possibilities'. It is understood that He Muyang is a songwriter, planner, and music producer who has created theme songs for major events such as the Beijing Olympics, Shanghai World Expo, and Beijing Winter Olympics. In the lecture hall, He Muyang stated that the intense confrontation of diverse cultures in Shenzhen inspired him to inject the unique spirit of openness, integration, and experimentation of Pengcheng into the creation of the song "Above the Moon", thus forming a "modern folk song" style that integrates ethnic elements, modern humanistic lyrics, and international performance techniques. Afterwards, guided by the pioneering and innovative spirit of Shenzhen, he drew a series of "music maps" such as "The South of Colorful Clouds" and "Taking the Train to Lhasa". It is reported that He Muyang has created multiple songs for Shenzhen: "Shenzhen, How Deep Do I Love You" sings about the humanistic care behind Shenzhen's speed, "Love Someone, Love a City" allows Pengcheng to carry joys and sorrows, witness dreams set sail, and "Here Comes Shenzhen People" embodies the soul of identity recognition and value consensus in immigrant cities. During a media interview, He Muyang stated that Shenzhen has a solid foundation in the music industry, including the QQ Music Headquarters platform, music talents trained by Shenzhen University, and the emphasis on culture by the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He said, "We can learn from Chengdu, support emerging music, and take a differentiated development path
