On August 9th, the construction site of the Second River Hub in the Huaihe River estuary was captured in Huai'an, Jiangsu. As the first level control project of the Huaihe River estuary, this hub mainly undertakes the task of distributing and releasing floodwaters from Lake Ze. (New Society)
