In the first half of the year, 4.346 million new private enterprises were established, a year-on-year increase of 4.6%; 33000 foreign-funded enterprises were newly established, a year-on-year increase of 4.1%. Experts believe that this is due to the continuous optimization of the business environment, which supports fair participation of enterprises in market competition. By eliminating many implicit restrictions and reducing implicit costs, the development expectations of private enterprises have been stabilized; Continuously relaxing access restrictions, reducing the negative list of foreign investment access, fully opening up access to the manufacturing industry, promoting pilot projects for opening up the service industry, and providing various forms of support such as taxation have enhanced the willingness of foreign enterprises to invest in China. From the perspective of quality improvement, the industrial structure is continuously optimized. As of the end of June, there were 25.361 million registered "four new" economic enterprises in China, a year-on-year increase of 6.6%, accounting for 40.2% of the total number of enterprises. Shen Yujing stated that the "four new" economy is closely related to new quality productivity, technological integration and innovation. The increase in its proportion indicates that China's development includes an increase in "new" quantity, which will help further promote high-quality economic development.
