Recently, the Supreme People's Court organized 8 NPC deputies from transportation investment, biotechnology and other industries to Guangzhou railway transport courts to carry out judicial research on regulating enterprise related law enforcement. Representatives gained a deep understanding of Guangdong's unique practices and innovative achievements in regulating law enforcement and judiciary related to enterprises through on-site visits, attending court hearings, and discussions and exchanges. During the research period, representatives visited the litigation service center, filing hall, information control center and other places of Guangzhou Railway Transport Court, observed the operation of intelligent litigation service terminals on site, experienced the effectiveness of litigation service construction on site, and put forward suggestions on how to further improve the public's litigation experience. At the symposium, representatives listened to the report of Guangzhou Railway Transport Court on the reform of centralized jurisdiction of administrative cases and the administrative trial work related to enterprises, and highly praised its achievements in promoting centralized jurisdiction of administrative cases, substantially resolving administrative disputes, and innovating the linkage mechanism between the government and the court. After attending the trial of an administrative penalty case involving enterprises, representatives had in-depth exchanges on topics such as achieving "equal punishment" for administrative penalties, substantially resolving administrative disputes, and continuously optimizing the business environment, based on the current economic situation and the actual operation of private enterprises. Through this survey, representatives have gained a detailed understanding of Guangdong's distinctive experience and effective practices in regulating law enforcement and judiciary related to enterprises. Around the theme of "developing high-quality administrative trial services and creating a first-class legal and business environment", representatives actively put forward constructive "golden ideas" on further improving enterprise related law enforcement and judicial activities, optimizing administrative law enforcement fault tolerance and exemption mechanisms, better balancing law based administration and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, and strengthening enterprise related legal publicity.
