Many elderly people in nursing homes have no children and need someone to take care of them in their later years. Why can't it be me? This is a job that requires love and responsibility. If you don't understand, just ask. If you don't know how to learn, just practice. Over time, I have found my own way to help the elderly turn over, feed them, and pat their backs. Going through the sewer, changing light bulbs, doing handicrafts, and everything else is fine. In 2019, I was appointed as the director of a nursing home. From a caregiver to a head of a hospital, the burden has become even heavier: not only do we need to take care of the elderly's diet and daily life, but we also need to consider how to improve their quality of life. I am increasingly realizing that for the elderly, both psychological companionship and material care are equally important. Spending time with the elderly to set up a "dragon gate formation" can make them happy all day long. Retirement is a common concern of the whole society. It is precisely this career that has taken me from the mountains and valleys to the big stage. In 2023, I will be honorably elected as a deputy to the National People's Congress. How to play a good role as a bridge link and not bear heavy responsibilities? My attention diverged outward from the courtyard.
