Both sides stated that they will carry out comprehensive cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation, film creation, film project incubation, film promotion, and cultural exchange, jointly promoting the integration of Macao's film industry into the national development situation, fully leveraging Macao's important role as a window for cultural exchange and mutual learning between China and the West, and assisting in the cultural prosperity of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. According to the agreement, both parties will establish a "Macao Film and Television Talent Training and Practice Base" based on the China Film Studio under China Film Group, select and organize young film talents from Macao to conduct internships and practices in mainland China, and provide them with a comprehensive professional growth platform. China Film Group will focus on core areas such as film creation, promotion and distribution, cinema management, and technological services. Through a "theory+practice" training model, it will promote the improvement of the professional abilities of Macao film practitioners and inject new vitality into the development of the film industry in mainland China and Macao. In terms of film creation, both parties will fully leverage their respective advantages and collaborate to develop excellent film works that reflect Macau's history, culture, and the style of the Greater Bay Area. China Film Group will assist the Macau Federation of Literary and Art Circles in organizing a film and television project selection event, providing professional evaluation for excellent scripts, and prioritizing the inclusion of outstanding projects in the incubation plan.
