After her identity information was stolen, she carried a "married" identity for more than ten years, and the problem has never been effectively resolved. Recently, after applying for supervision from the procuratorial organs, the procuratorial organs of Shaanxi and Hunan worked together to efficiently complete this judicial relay that spans thousands of miles. The problem that has troubled me for 15 years has finally been solved, and I have successfully registered for marriage! "Recently, Ms. Yang shared the" good news "with the prosecutor in charge of the Langao County Procuratorate in Shaanxi Province as soon as she received her marriage certificate from the Civil Affairs Bureau of Baojing County, Hunan Province. In 2019, when Ms. Yang from Baojing, Hunan, who had been working outside for a long time, returned to her hometown to renew her ID card, the system showed that she had "registered marriage" in Langao County, Shaanxi Province. At first, Ms. Yang thought it was a system error and ignored it. However, it is precisely this neglected marriage registration record that brings her endless troubles - unable to handle marriage registration procedures with her romantic partner, frequently hindered in handling personal affairs such as social security, and her life is in trouble. Although Ms. Yang has tried multiple times to resolve the issue through legal means, the problem has not been effectively resolved due to the long time span and complex inter provincial coordination and evidence collection procedures. The transfer occurred in March of this year. Ms. Yang, feeling helpless, came to the Baojing County Procuratorate in Hunan Province to seek help. Considering that the registered location of the 'marriage' is in Langao County, Shaanxi Province, the court immediately contacted the Langao County Procuratorate. After thorough communication and analysis, the two houses immediately activated the inter provincial prosecutorial cooperation mechanism, pressing the "fast forward button" to resolve this historical legacy issue. The Baojing County Procuratorate acted quickly and conducted a comprehensive investigation and evidence collection, collecting core evidence including original report records, key proof of identity fraud, marriage registration files related to the case, and relevant criminal judgment materials of the imposter Zhang. After completing solid evidence collection and review work, the court lawfully transferred the case materials to the Langao County Procuratorate in Shaanxi Province on April 3 this year. After taking over, the Langao County Procuratorate quickly established a case handling team to conduct in-depth investigations. With the assistance of the public security organs, it was found that as early as 2010, Zhang obtained Ms. Yang's identity information through illegal channels and used her identity information to apply for a second-generation resident identity card. In 2011, Zhang registered his marriage with Chen, a resident of Langao County, under the name of "Ms. Yang", using a fake ID card. After defrauding Chen of a dowry of 20000 yuan, Zhang ran away from home and has been missing ever since. Although Zhang was later sentenced according to law for other criminal acts, this fraudulent marriage registration was not discovered and revoked in a timely manner, resulting in Ms. Yang being burdened with a "married" identity for more than ten years. The case handling team of Langao County Procuratorate went deep into the county archives bureau to retrieve the original marriage registration materials, conducted on-site visits to Chen's village and town, inquired about relevant parties and informed people, and verified the report records and investigation situation with the public security organs. After a comprehensive and detailed examination, the court finally confirmed that the fact that Zhang used Ms. Yang's identity information for marriage registration is clear and the evidence is indeed sufficient. According to the "Guiding Opinions on Properly Handling Marriage Registration Issues through Impersonation or Falsification" issued by the "Two Highs and Two Ministries", the Langao County Procuratorate has issued a prosecutorial recommendation to the County Civil Affairs Bureau in accordance with the law, suggesting the revocation of the marriage registration under the pseudonym. On May 28th, the Civil Affairs Bureau of Langao County made a revocation decision in accordance with the law. Although the case has been concluded, the legal care has not stopped. In the follow-up visit, the Langao County Procuratorate learned that the victim, Chen, was in a difficult situation due to being cheated out of his marriage years ago. The procuratorates of the two places took the initiative to work together and applied for and implemented judicial assistance funds for Chen, who was facing family difficulties, helping him regain confidence in life.
