However, in reality, situations such as counterfeiting and selling counterfeit goods occur from time to time. Previously, media investigations found that helmets that have expired for nearly 20 years are being sold as discounted products, and safety helmet certificates can be bought and sold freely on online platforms. Some manufacturers who have obtained production licenses secretly produce inferior safety helmets... These behaviors violate laws and regulations, disrupt market order, and pose a great threat to the lives, health, and public safety of workers. As the "first line of defense" for safety production, labor protection equipment must be safe and reliable. Due to its wide variety and involvement, there may be risk points in every link from raw material procurement to production and manufacturing, from inspection and testing to circulation and sales, and enterprise use. If any link is missed, it may result in the failure of protective equipment or even cause safety accidents. Only by exerting full force throughout the entire chain and implementing multidimensional measures can we firmly guard the quality and safety defense line of labor protection equipment and effectively safeguard the life, health, and safety of workers. This special rectification work focuses on 21 key labor protection equipment such as safety helmets, accurately covering production, circulation, use, inspection and other fields, clarifying the key rectification objects, including production enterprises in the main gathering places of key products, hardware labor protection stores, e-commerce platforms and other business premises, as well as users in industries such as hazardous chemicals and construction of housing and municipal engineering projects, achieving full coverage of "key products, key fields, and key subjects". From the perspective of rectification content, the plan focuses on the crux of each link, such as the problem of "product quality not meeting standards and not clearly indicating quality standards" in the production field, the chaos of "selling unlicensed counterfeit products and loopholes in e-commerce platform audit management" in the circulation field, and the problems of "purchasing units knowing and buying counterfeit products, using unit management negligence, and employees wearing non-standard clothing" in the use field. Through "targeted treatment" rectification, it effectively combats illegal and irregular behaviors, strengthens the quality and safety fence, and comprehensively improves the safety level of the entire chain of product access, production circulation, and use management. The quality and safety of labor protection equipment are not only related to the legitimate rights and interests of every worker, but also to the overall safety production situation.
