The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Propaganda Department of the Baise Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is based on the actual situation of propaganda, ideological and cultural units, actively exploring methods such as targeted supervision and digital supervision, and continuously making efforts to strengthen political supervision and implement people's livelihood supervision, continuously improving the quality and efficiency of supervision, and promoting the improvement of dispatched supervision from tangible coverage to effective coverage. Focus on "two safeguards" and strengthen political supervision. Always regard the supervision and implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions in the stationed units as the primary political task, establish a tracking and supervision mechanism, and track and supervise the implementation of various units throughout the process through participating in party group meetings, reviewing materials, individual talks, etc., to ensure that the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee are fully implemented in the field of propaganda, ideology, and culture. In response to the particularity of ideological work, we adhere to a one week concentrated time every quarter, and comprehensively use methods such as listening to reports, individual talks, consulting materials, and visiting and researching to conduct "political examinations" in seven comprehensive supervision units. During the supervision process, attention should be paid to listening to the evaluation of cadres and employees on the implementation of the main responsibility of the unit's party organization, reviewing relevant materials, visiting grassroots units and service recipients to understand the actual situation. Promptly warn of potential and biased issues, conduct reminder conversations with more than 20 people, and suspend the promotion or evaluation of 3 individuals. Strengthen collaborative linkage and consolidate supervisory forces. In response to the weak supervision force and lack of professionalism in the stationed supervision, we actively implement the requirements of "room group ground" linkage supervision. Under the overall coordination of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, we have established working mechanisms such as group consultation, group cooperation, and room group linkage. We regularly hold joint meetings to jointly analyze and judge problems, negotiate solutions, form a joint force for supervision, amplify the effect of supervision, and achieve the transformation from "fighting alone" to "coordinated combat". For example, during the supervision and inspection of the use of cultural welfare funds, communication and coordination were established with the relevant supervision and inspection rooms of the municipal discipline inspection commission and the county (district) discipline inspection commission, and a collaborative mechanism was established to effectively solve the problem of insufficient supervision and depth of individual dispatched discipline inspection and supervision teams. Through the "Qingfeng Rural" mini program, real-time supervision of the allocation, use, and benefits of cultural welfare funds was achieved, and 15 problems were identified and rectified to ensure that the welfare funds truly benefit the people. Adhere to a problem oriented approach and effectively supervise people's livelihoods. We will firmly establish a people-centered work philosophy, explore the working mechanism of "mass questioning, departmental answering, discipline inspection commission supervision, and social evaluation", collect prominent issues strongly reflected by the masses through various channels such as research and discussion, online platforms, and letters and visits, establish a problem ledger, clarify responsible departments and rectification deadlines, implement account cancellation management, and invite representatives of the masses to participate in the evaluation of rectification effects to ensure that problems are truly rectified and rectified in place. In response to the problem of idle cultural facilities in rural areas, we conducted on-site research in 17 township cultural stations and 32 village cultural rooms, held 12 mass symposiums, listened to more than 50 opinions and suggestions, and promoted relevant departments to improve management systems, optimize resource allocation, and enhance utilization efficiency, so that cultural facilities can be truly used and better meet the new expectations of the people's spiritual and cultural life. Deepen digital empowerment and enhance the quality and efficiency of supervision. Actively explore and promote big data supervision, promote the construction of an intelligent project fund supervision platform, and implement full process online supervision of project application, fund disbursement, implementation and acceptance in the field of publicity and culture. Through data comparison, intelligent analysis and other means, problems can be discovered and corrected in a timely manner. Since its operation, the intelligent supervision platform has implemented online supervision for more than 50 projects, issued 12 warning prompts, corrected 8 deviations, and effectively prevented integrity risks. Establish a clean risk warning mechanism for key links, requiring the use of cultural funds and book procurement to be processed online and tracked throughout the process. Through sorting out the online processing procedures, more than 30 clean risk points were identified, and more than 50 prevention and control measures were formulated. According to the risk level, graded management and dynamic monitoring were implemented to promote the forward movement of supervision checkpoints, strengthen proactive prevention and control, and enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of supervision. Strengthen the construction of a clean and honest culture in the new era, and create a good atmosphere. Based on the characteristics of propaganda, ideological and cultural units, we will integrate the construction of a clean culture in the new era into daily supervision, assist stationed units in deeply exploring the clean elements in the red revolutionary culture of Baise, organize the creation and rehearsal of clean themed literary and artistic plays such as "Qingfeng Hongcheng", and carry out more than 20 tours, with more than 15000 cadres and masses watching the performances.
