The case took only 5 days from filing to reaching a settlement and completing payment. In August this year, the prosecutor of Xiaoting District Procuratorate learned about the troublesome "salary" issue of migrant worker Li during a home visit: he had not received the 8000 yuan labor fee he deserved after finishing his work at a construction site. Li contacted the company leader multiple times, but the other party repeatedly delayed payment due to various reasons such as incorrect bank card information and substandard work quality. For migrant workers who rely on manual labor to support their families, every penny is earned by sweating profusely. The handling prosecutor immediately introduced the civil support and prosecution function to Li, guiding him to protect his rights in accordance with the law, and officially accepted Li's support and prosecution application on the same day. After accepting the case, the handling prosecutor conducted investigation and verification, and determined that Li met the conditions for supporting the prosecution, and his demands were legal and reasonable, and should be supported.
