Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation disclosed to the public that in the first half of 2025, market supervision departments will organize special actions such as intellectual property law enforcement, further strengthen the governance of key areas, key commodities, and key markets, actively exert the deterrent power of administrative law enforcement, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of rights holders and consumers, maintain market order, and create a good business environment. In the first half of this year, nearly 240000 related cases were investigated and dealt with through various special actions, including 17000 cases of trademark infringement and patent counterfeiting.
