According to the investigation, since January 2020, suspect Kong and others have purchased raw materials such as leather, hardware and packaging paper boxes for a long time, organized the production and processing of counterfeit brand bags, and sold them out through several downstream sales groups through e-commerce stores, offline stores and other means. 2. Shanghai public security organs cracked the case of Huang Mouhai and others manufacturing and selling fake fragrance products. In April 2025, Shanghai Hongkou District public security organs cracked the case according to the clues of the obligee's enterprises, arrested 16 suspect, destroyed 7 criminal dens, and seized more than 9400 boxes of fake fragrance products and more than 6000 pieces of fragrance films on the scene, involving 45 million yuan. After investigation, since January 2023, suspect Huang Mouhai and others have set up fake dens, selected inferior essence and wax materials as raw materials, organized workers to produce counterfeit brand car fragrance, fragrance expander, fragrance candles and other products without authorization and permission of the obligee's enterprise, and sold them to downstream dealers through e-commerce stores after labeling and packaging. 3. Zhejiang public security organs cracked the case of Shen and others producing and selling fake and inferior diesel. In June 2025, the public security organs in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, found clues in their work to solve the case, arrested 26 suspect, destroyed 3 criminal dens, beat 4 criminal gangs, and found 24 tank cars and more than 60 tons of fake and inferior diesel on the scene, involving a total amount of 117 million yuan. After investigation, since August 2023, suspect Shen and others have purchased basic diesel, aromatics, transformer oil and other chemical raw materials, mixed them and sold them to construction sites and logistics centers under the guise of "National Standard No. 0 Diesel". After appraisal, multiple indicators of the diesel involved do not meet national standards. 4. Anhui public security organs cracked the case of Wang Mouguo and others manufacturing and selling counterfeit brand toner cartridges. In June 2025, Chuzhou public security organs in Anhui Province cracked the case according to the clues of the obligee's enterprises, arrested three suspect, destroyed seven criminal dens, and found 23000 sets of counterfeit brand toner cartridges, 86000 pieces of accessories and packaging materials on the scene, involving more than 50 million yuan. After investigation, since July 2024, suspect Wang Mouguo and others have purchased a large number of low-cost toner cartridges through the Internet, organized personnel to remove the brand labels on the original packaging, and then paste the famous brand logo. After packaging the packaging materials according to different models, they are sold through e-commerce stores. 5. In March 2025, the public security organ of Jining City, Shandong Province, found clues in its work to solve a series of cases involving the production and sale of fake and inferior sanitary products by Liu Moutai and others, and captured 18 suspect, 69.4 tons of fake and inferior diapers and sanitary napkins on the scene, involving more than 20 million yuan. After investigation, since March 2022, suspect Liu Moutai and others have established a company. Without any production qualification, they have purchased defective products and leftovers from multiple diapers and sanitary napkins manufacturers, sorted and packaged them into finished products, or processed them into wood pulp, plastic particles and other materials for sale. 6. In May 2025, the public security organ of Shiyan City, Hubei Province, investigated the case of Xie Erhong and others manufacturing and selling fake and inferior assembled cars. According to the clues of the masses, the public security organ of Shiyan City, Hubei Province, investigated the case, arrested 8 suspect, destroyed 3 criminal dens, and found more than 240 fake and inferior assembled cars at the scene, involving more than 45 million yuan. After investigation, it was found that since April 2024, Xie Mouhong and others have been promoting brand used cars on e-commerce platforms to attract customers to place orders. According to the requirements of the vehicle brand, configuration, and other orders, they purchased dismantled engine, gearbox, cab, frame, front and rear axles and other components of scrapped cars for illegal assembly, tampered with the frame number, engine number, etc., and forged vehicle registration certificates, driving licenses, vehicle license plates, and other procedures. 7. Chongqing public security organs cracked the case of Yang Moumou and others selling counterfeit brand electric bicycle batteries. In May 2025, the public security organs in Qijiang District of Chongqing cracked the case according to the clues reported by the masses, captured 13 suspect, destroyed 4 criminal dens, and knocked down 3 criminal gangs. 32600 counterfeit brand electric bicycle and motorcycle batteries, more than 4400 sets of fake packaging materials, and more than 1300 white batteries were seized on the scene, involving more than 30 million yuan. After investigation, since September 2024, suspect Yang Moumou and others have used the convenience of working in a brand power supply company to collude with others to illegally produce white batteries without any logo, and after labeling, they mixed counterfeit batteries with authentic ones for sale. 8. Sichuan public security organs cracked the case of Lu Moulin and others counterfeiting brand televisions. In June 2025, Chengdu public security organs in Sichuan Province found clues in their work to solve the case, captured 30 suspect, destroyed 5 criminal dens, and seized 302 counterfeit brand LCD televisions and 31000 sets of counterfeit registered trademark logos on the scene, involving more than 30 million yuan. After investigation, since November 2023, the suspect Lu Moulin and others have set up production dens, purchased LCD TV parts, assembled and produced fake brand TV sets by labeling, embedding cracked brand TV built-in programs and electronic trademarks without the authorization and permission of the obligee's enterprise, and then opened several e-commerce online stores for sales.
