The World Trade Organization (WTO) released its latest report on "Global Trade Outlook and Statistics" on the 7th, stating that global goods trade in the first half of 2025 exceeded expectations due to the growth in demand for artificial intelligence (AI) related products, the surge in imports in North America before tariff increases, and active trade among emerging economies.
