The Jicun Urban Village Renovation Project is a key project in promoting the construction of urban village renovation projects in Nanning, Guangxi. Since its commencement in April 2024, all construction has progressed smoothly. At present, 5 high-rise residential buildings have achieved the main project topping out. It is reported that the project covers an area of about 32 acres, with a total construction area of nearly 120000 square meters, including 6 high-rise residential buildings and 1 multi story supporting public welfare building, with 875 sets of supporting residential buildings.
