It can be seen that it is this atmosphere of everyone actively participating and using their brains that has enabled our army to maintain a strong combat effectiveness all the way. The wisdom of officers and soldiers is infinite, and there are many good ways to solve construction problems and resolve development contradictions among grassroots officers and soldiers. In practice, seeking victory and focusing on construction often rely on the principle of 'everyone comes up with solutions, everyone comes up with ideas'. During a coastal adaptation training session, a soldier from the "Yang Gensi Company" of a certain army brigade discovered that various communication systems were greatly disrupted after personnel and equipment were loaded onto the ship. The soldier immediately reported to the company and actively researched solutions. In the end, the company opened a wireless communication network in the cabin, ensuring efficient command. If there had not been a good atmosphere that encouraged everyone to actively offer suggestions and advice at that time, it would have been difficult to detect and effectively solve the problem in a timely manner. Therefore, party organizations at all levels must be receptive to public opinion, pay attention to examining problems from different perspectives, comprehensively analyze problems with various situations, and mobilize various levels of strength to study and solve problems. The most valuable aspect of teamwork is the courage to listen to opposing opinions. Comrade Chen Yun once said, "It's hard to buy people who oppose one's own opinions with money. With opposing opinions, one can start thinking about problems." The "Hardcore Sixth Company" of a certain army brigade has a tradition that has been adhered to for more than 40 years, which is to hold a party member meeting when a new cadre takes office for one month, organize all party members to review and criticize the problems exposed by the newly appointed cadre in their work, help cadres see the gaps and shortcomings, integrate into the company faster, and better fulfill their duties. In the hot practice of military training and preparation, grassroots party organizations should be brave enough to learn from good experiences and practices, create an environment of "humbly listening to the public, speaking without contradiction, and following only what is said", and regard "not afraid of saying the wrong thing, but afraid of not speaking" as a consensus. Any good methods or "golden ideas" that are conducive to improving the combat effectiveness of the troops should be humbly accepted and sincerely adopted. The key to achieving collective wisdom and effort is for the leaders and deputy secretaries of party organizations at all levels to set a good example. The principal and deputy secretaries are the "leading geese" of grassroots party organizations, and should actively create a good atmosphere of unity and democratic discussion among officers and soldiers in daily training and life. With a broad mind and noble realm, they should maintain sufficient patience and tolerance, and sincerely guide everyone to actively offer suggestions.
