Recently, the second "He · Art" image exhibition of Beijing International Photography Week officially kicked off at the He Art Museum in Kuche Town, Beijing. The theme of this exhibition is "Cool Life in the New Era", which connects cultural context through visual language, records the changes of the times, and brings a visual feast that combines ideological and artistic elements to the public. As the only registration exhibition area for Beijing International Photography Week, the "He Art Museum" exhibition area gathers the wisdom of more than 200 domestic and foreign photographers and curators, exhibiting a total of 30 characteristic exhibitions and nearly a thousand works. The exhibits cover multiple dimensions such as humanistic documentary, light and shadow experiments, and world intangible cultural heritage. They not only showcase China's vivid practices in economic development, technological innovation, and rural revitalization, but also delve into contemporary issues such as ecological symbiosis, social harmony, and cultural heritage. Multiple works have attracted attention, with Xin Shuchen's "Mine Miner" capturing the resilient figures of laborers; Jia Ting's "Half cooked Youth" showcases the spiritual outlook of contemporary teenagers; The Chang'an Annals in Qinling Mountains record the changes of Xi'an over the past fifty years; Wang Naigong's "Nine Children" conveys concern for life; Wang Chaoying's' The Struggle of the Children of the Yellow River 'tells the story of the Yellow River; Wang Yong's' Interview with the Last Migrant Worker in Front of the Support 'pays tribute to ordinary heroes; Zhu Xinsheng's' The Unforgettable People 'commemorates the 80th anniversary of the victory of the World Anti Fascist War. In addition, the "21st Century City Business Card Photography Exhibition" collects the works of more than 50 photographers, collages the landmark images and cultural symbols of Chinese cities, and constructs an image map that combines the texture of the times and social care. This exhibition is a collaborative exploration between "He Art Museum" and Beijing International Photography Week in terms of market-oriented operation. Through open solicitation, high-quality exhibition resources are gathered to break down industry barriers, activate creative vitality, and promote the transformation of image art from a single display to sustainable and high-quality operation. During the exhibition, nine special lectures will also be held, inviting renowned photography masters from home and abroad to give on-site lectures, face-to-face communication with photography enthusiasts, and building a bridge between art and the public. The "Harmony Art" Image Exhibition at Beijing International Photography Week 2025 is not only a concentrated presentation of literary and artistic achievements in the new era, but also a vivid practice of the concept of "literature and art serving the people".
