According to the Ministry of National Security, in the current era where traffic is king, some businesses and bloggers are willing to embed sensitive places and content in advertisements and short videos in order to attract attention and expand their influence. Little do they know, such behavior has already crossed the national security red line and planted hidden dangers of leaking information. Recently, national security agencies have discovered and investigated multiple cases of illegal commercial advertising, with some businesses suspected of publishing sensitive and confidential information in their advertising campaigns, posing potential threats to national security. Dazzling? Borrowing traffic? Be careful not to step on the legal red line! The "first-line sea view room" was originally a selling point for high-end hotels, but some merchants promoted it as a gimmick by saying "you can clearly see the military port". On a well-known online platform, some hotel merchants not only imply in their advertising slogans that "military ships can be viewed up close" to increase attention and room bookings, but also upload a large number of related sensitive target and venue pictures. This lack of national security awareness has leaked state secrets, provided opportunities for criminals, and posed a threat to the security of relevant areas of the country. Selling location? Show supporting facilities? Sensitive units are not background boards! In today's rapidly advancing urbanization construction, some developers often use "proximity to a key unit" as a selling point to highlight the location advantages of their properties. Even using drones for aerial photography, and embedding sensitive units and internal situations of the park captured in violation of regulations into advertising videos to attract the attention of homebuyers. Such "edge ball" advertising behavior unintentionally exposes state secrets on the Internet, giving foreign spy intelligence agencies a rare "gift". The national security organs remind that according to the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China, all state organs and armed forces, political parties and people's organizations, enterprises, institutions and other social organizations have the obligation to prevent and stop espionage activities and safeguard national security. All sectors of society should be guided by the overall national security concept, continuously strengthen and enhance their awareness of safeguarding national security, consciously abide by relevant laws and regulations, and effectively defend national interests. Commercial advertising is not a lawless place, and advertising behavior should strictly operate within the framework of confidentiality and national security related laws and regulations. Businesses should consciously regulate their commercial advertising behavior and not sell state secrets for the pursuit of traffic and interests. Units and individuals who pose a threat to national security due to improper commercial advertising behavior will be held accountable by national security agencies in accordance with laws and regulations such as the National Security Law and the Anti Espionage Law. If citizens find relevant problems or suspicious clues, they can report them directly to the local national security authorities through the 12339 national security organ reporting acceptance telephone, the online reporting platform (www.12339. gov.cn), the WeChat official account of the Ministry of National Security, or the reporting acceptance channel.
