They also feed back classroom teaching with military combat cases, practical experience, and real-life resources. At the same time, third-generation pilots became visiting professors at military academies, doctoral captains became military academy instructors, and military academy instructors and military cadres embarked on a two-way career path. The supporting resource conditions are constantly upgrading. In recent years, military academies have deployed outstanding talents, high-quality resources, and advanced equipment to the front line of teaching, focusing on the theme of teaching, warfare, research, learning, warfare, and training.
