Disciplinary inspection and supervision organs should base themselves on their functional responsibilities, carry out targeted rectification of unhealthy practices and corruption around the masses, integrate grassroots supervision forces, and promote "investigation, reform, and governance" as a whole. With effective supervision, they should respond to the concerns of the masses and continuously consolidate the foundation of the Party's governance. Integrate grassroots supervisory forces. Continuously optimize the establishment and allocation of grassroots disciplinary inspection and supervision institutions, coordinate cross regional supervision and collaborative case handling, and promote the tilt of supervision forces towards the front line of supervision and case handling. Establish and improve the working mechanism of "daily collaboration, centralized discussion, and regular scheduling", regularly hold office meetings in collaborative areas, analyze typical cases recently investigated, communicate and solve business problems, promote the quick investigation and handling of problem clues and typical cases, continuously release strict signals, and consolidate a strict atmosphere. Empowering anti-corruption with big data informatization, building a comprehensive case handling platform, improving the quality and efficiency of case investigation, and promoting the standardization, legalization, and regularization of disciplinary inspection and supervision work. In response to the problems of weak grassroots supervision and uneven review capabilities, regular arrangements are made for township (street) disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres to study in shifts and use cases as training. Through face-to-face discussions and a combination of learning and testing, the performance ability of disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres in collaborative areas is continuously improved. Integrate the promotion of "investigation, reform, and governance". Persist in integrating the investigation and handling of cases with deepening reform, improving systems, and promoting governance. The main focus is on punishing the "fly greed and ant corruption" that harms the interests of the masses by gnawing on food. Through methods such as reporting and investigating through letters and visits, digging deep into cases, and comparing and screening data, problem clues are accurately discovered. Taking the overall situation into account through case handling, deeply digging into individual cases and analyzing them, comprehensively using leadership to package cases, follow-up and supervision, conducting case visits, and investigating corruption together to vigorously promote case investigation, and using small incisions to deeply promote the rectification of unhealthy practices and corruption problems around the masses, resolutely cutting off the "black hands" that extend to the interests of the masses. Focus on addressing prominent issues in areas such as "campus meals," energy, and housing construction, and dig deep into industry corruption problems such as "relying on mountains to eat from them. Taking the "second half of the article" of thoroughly investigating and handling cases as an important measure to promote the "three no corruption" policy, we will address the problems exposed in the investigation and handling of cases, and deeply search for possible integrity risks and regulatory loopholes based on industry characteristics. We will comprehensively use methods such as reminder talks, issuing disciplinary inspection and supervision proposals, and holding special democratic life meetings to promote the establishment of regulations and systems in functional departments, form a complete closed loop of handling cases, governance, supervision, and education, and continuously improve the effectiveness of corruption governance. Promote the handling of practical matters. Pay close attention to people's livelihood issues such as housing, transportation, and medical treatment, strengthen supervision and discipline, overcome obstacles in policy implementation, and promote the implementation of livelihood issues. Pay close attention to villages with strong feedback on letters and visits, conduct on-site research and supervision, and promote the resolution of issues such as infringement of public interests. Focusing on the rectification of key issues, handling specific practical matters around the masses, horizontally linking with industry regulatory departments, vertically connecting the grid supervision system of counties, townships, and villages, promoting the normalization of solving the worries and concerns of the masses, and connecting the "last mile" of serving the masses. Make good use of the grassroots public power big data supervision platform, break down data barriers between departments, conduct comprehensive dynamic monitoring of funds in the field of benefiting the people, accurately identify abnormal data such as false reporting and impersonation of subsistence allowances, embed big data supervision into various links of public power operation, and effectively improve the accuracy and penetration of supervision.
