According to relevant personnel from the Zhongzhi Research Institute, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development previously proposed to promote the construction of "good houses" through five aspects: good standards, good design, good materials, good construction, and good operation and maintenance. It also sorted out the requirements of residents for "good houses" and summarized them as "6633", which includes "six don'ts", "six preventions", "three provinces", and "three requirements".
