On October 31st, the Optoelectronic Innovation Park, a public infrastructure supporting construction project for the Electronic Science and Technology Park in Shijiazhuang High tech Industrial Development Zone, Hebei Province, undertaken by China Railway 23rd Bureau, opened. It is reported that the total construction area of the Optoelectronic Innovation Park is 166000 square meters, divided into a technology research and development zone and a pilot base area, which can provide comprehensive incubation, research and development, experimentation, small-scale testing, pilot testing, and comprehensive services for settled enterprises.
