At present, the main suspect of the case has been taken criminal coercive measures. On that day, the Ministry of Public Security announced a total of 8 typical cases of online infringement and counterfeiting crimes. Including the sale of counterfeit brand car wheels, counterfeit brand smart toilets, as well as the production and sale of counterfeit brand down jackets, counterfeit brand watches, counterfeit brand bags, counterfeit wires and cables, and other cases. According to the unified deployment of the Ministry of Public Security, local public security organs continue to crack down on criminal activities of infringement and counterfeiting using the Internet in accordance with the law. Since this year, more than 2600 criminal cases have been filed and investigated, 15000 suspect have been arrested, and a number of criminal gangs and illegal interest chains that use online shopping to manufacture and sell counterfeit goods have been eliminated, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and enterprises.
